Is A Fiat Currency Collapse Upon Us?

Posted by on February 25, 2010 at 7:17 pm.

For those of you who have viewed the Prophecy Club’s Financial collapse DVDs. Now might be a good time to pull them out and watch them again. Some of the past week’s currency events signal that most fiat currencies including the dollar are about to experience a severe devaluation. It is beginning to look like the price of gold has disconnected from the value of the dollar versus other currencies. That is, it is beginning to look like the former reverse relationship between gold and the dollar is ending. In the past whenever the dollar went down (versus other currencies) gold went up and whenever the dollar went up gold went down. This relationship seems to be ending as we saw both gold and the dollar rise in tandem this week. Even mining stocks were holding their own against the dollar and a decling stock market. What does this all mean? It could be a sign that your money will quickly lose a lot of value and it could be very soon. Lindsey Williams was on the Alex Jones Show today predicting that the value of the dollar will fall by as much as 50 percent in the coming year. William’s source for this information is basically a member of the illuminati. The last “crazy” revelation Williams made was that the price of oil would fall from 150 dollars a barrel to 50 dollars a barrel. That was months before the collapse of global oil prices. So I wouldn’t  shrug off William’s statement on the collapse of the dollar.  The dollar has been rising as of late but that is in relationship to other currencies. Jim Rogers says it is possible the British pound could collapse within weeks: http://www.pressdispensary.co.uk/releases/c992586/Pound-Could-Collapse-Within-Weeks,-Predicts-Billionaire-Financier-Jim-Rogers.php  This current series of statements and events has myself and others wondering if this is the beginning of the end for fiat currencies around the world. The jury is still out but the warning signs are obvious. What to do? Stay informed, stockpile whatever necessities you can afford to buy now.  Gold and silver are always a good hedge against a currency collapse. As far as debt is concerned (this may be a debatable point) I think debtors may come out on top in a currency collapse. Although obviously we all lose in the end. Any input on my thought about debtors will be greatly appreciated.    I hope everyone takes this warning seriously. The time to prepare may be short.  For more information including The Prophecy Club Financial Collapse DVDs. Contact me at  jim@hammeringtruth.com
